Staff at Reception were polite and professional although there was no assistance with luggage to the room. The cleaning crew were polite and welcoming. The room was very spacious, aesthetically pleasing, clean and a pleasure to be in. Room and facilities were cleaned each day and towels refreshed. Location of Hostal is excellent.
There was NOTHING I didn't like. I would have appreciated a kettle to make a hot drink and possibly a little fridge to keep drinks.

Superb location. Wonderful historical exhibits in the foyer make Hostal Aguilar a memorable experience to cherish. The nearby cafe was also a treat.
On arrival downstairs there was no information on how to find the hotel. We had to wait to ask people from the elevator or the stairs where to find the hotel desk on the second floor.
