The location was at the center of the city, excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful. The guy at the reception helped my husband with the injured leg and I even forgot my sunglasses, which they found and give me them back once I went back for the luggages.

Very clean facilities; you can tell right at the entrance. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Staff very kind, they even gave me some extra insta coffee for the morning.
A little noisy sometimes you can hear other guests outside the door or even the rooms next to you, since the rooms are not soundproof. However you cannot hear any noise from the street.

Super clean and the beds where very comfortable. The location was super safe. The staff were super friendly and welcoming always asking if anything was needed and helping us navigate Madrid with tips.

Clean and very well located.
Somehow we couldn't close the curtains, and the room was very light during the night, ideally, not only a simple curtain, the bedroom should have blinders. Also, and most important, there was a creaking wood noise all through the night that definitely came from the bedroom, but we couldn't identify from where. I could barely sleep because of that sound.
