Centrally located. We could walk to all our chosen restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.
We had to pay for bottled water in our room. The restaurant could not cater for a nut allergy.

Location was amazing down a small street just off Santa Ana plaza. We had a balcony street view which was lovely ☺️ Breakfast was lovely: I had scrambled eggs freshly cooked and smoked salmon. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt . Other half had a full cooked breakfast. Then a crêpe .
Nothing to complain of really. There was a bit of noise from the street refuse collections which seems to be middle of the night, so earplugs would be a good idea .

An excellent hotel with great location. Top notch staff offering attentive service. The rooms were well furnished and modern and despite this is the oldest hotel in Madrid. When you see a pillow menu in the room, you know this hotel means business! Highly recommend to couples looking for a sophisticated stay.
