Casual del Teatro Madrid Hotel by Casual Hoteles

I love how friendly the staff were as soon as you come in and check in. I also love how fluent they were in English as well. The breakfast was delicious and flavorful and love the staff and how affectionately cheerful they are to help start your day. The feel of the hotel makes it feel like you are staying in an apartment like a local. It may seem hidden but it is close by every thing.

Center to most attractions in Madrid - we walked to Puerta del Sol where Kilometer zero and the famous bear/tree is, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, Chocolateria San Gines (must try, very yummy), Royal Palace of Madrid, Almudena Cathedral. We also walked to Palacio de Cibeles, and El Retiro Park. Nearby also are branded stores like Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Dior, etc which you could passby on the way to Puerta del Sol. Lot of restaurants nearby, there's a coffee place next door. Our room was in the corner room with balcony/nice view. It was spacious considering Europe is known for small hotel rooms. It has an elevator for those heavy luggages. Since the hotel is near where the actions are, you could hear people outside. But it didn't bother us, we were so tired walking all day. There's grocery stores nearby for water & other supplies. Highly Recommend!

The location is perfect! Breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Sofabeds could use a little update, the springs hurt the back and the air conditioners are very loud. Otherwise no complaints! Price point was very reasonable.

Nice design, very friendly and helpful staff. My room on the 5th floor was large and great views from windows. The downside was hearing people going past the door constantly during breakfast time, which is on the 5th floor. The sound insulation of the door was very low. But apart from that great stay, loved the unique design and the hotel felt much nicer to stay in than a bigger chain hotel
