The location is awesome. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions in Madrid. The hotel is on the 5th floor , however there is a lift. My room was single room, so the view wasn’t great. But there are double rooms with balconies facing the Main Street

Location is very central, rooms are very clean, staff was friendly, beds are comfy. This is a very simple, no frills stay, the rooms are small, the elevator is even smaller, but if what matters most to you is a clean room with a really good bed, A/C, and a great location, you honestly can't go wrong here. Wi-Fi worked well, there's a TV and mini fridge, it was quiet at night. I will be back!
Cleaning of empty rooms starts by 8a and you'll hear it. If you absolutely need a place you can sleep late, this might not be it, unless you are a heavy sleeper. It didn't bother me, but good to know.
