Location is very central, rooms are very clean, staff was friendly, beds are comfy. This is a very simple, no frills stay, the rooms are small, the elevator is even smaller, but if what matters most to you is a clean room with a really good bed, A/C, and a great location, you honestly can't go wrong here. Wi-Fi worked well, there's a TV and mini fridge, it was quiet at night. I will be back!
Cleaning of empty rooms starts by 8a and you'll hear it. If you absolutely need a place you can sleep late, this might not be it, unless you are a heavy sleeper. It didn't bother me, but good to know.

Great location, close to the Puerta del Sol, Prada museum.Bars and small shops are in the walking distance. The rooms were small, but very clean and cosy. The staff was helpful. Good chocolatería and churrería in a walking distance

The hotel’s location is ideal, as it is close to Puerta del Sol and therefore near all the city’s main thoroughfares.
The rooms are too small for two people, and there is noise early in the morning because the walls are too thin, so you can hear the hotel staff when they move around in the neighboring rooms.
