This is a wonderful hotel with a very helpful staff. The location is perfect as it right in the center of the city yet on a relatively quiet street. It is equidistant from most of Madrid's famous neighborhoods. We recommend it very highly

Stayed there for an overnight, this boutique hotel is really lovely, welcoming and with a sleek design that will appeal to many. The doormen were very helpful and a great addition to the hotel. The room was very spacious, I love the attention to detail with the salt baths. Nice touch. Location is top notch within walking distance of the Prado museum and the retiro gardens, some very nice restaurants nearby. 30 min by taxi/uber to the airport. It felt like a treat. The pool upstairs is rather small and absolutely freezing but luckily for me, I don’t like to swim.. the only thing that bothered me was the noise I could hear overnight coming from the street level with people partying late. I was surprised the windows weren’t more soundproofed.. Overall it was a great experience
