I had an overall pleasant stay at Quatro Puerta del Sol. The hotel is well-maintained, and its central location is perfect for exploring the city, which made the stay very convenient.
my experience with the hotel staff was disappointing due to a lack of professional communication regarding a restaurant recommendation. During check-in, I was provided with a discount card for a restaurant owned by the hotel management. When I dined there the next day, I was told at the time of payment that the discount was only valid for indoor dining. Neither the card stated this restriction, nor was I informed about it by the staff upon receiving the card. This lack of transparency led to an unnecessary and unpleasant situation at the restaurant. It is quite unprofessional to promote a service without providing clear and accurate information, and it negatively impacted my final impression of the hotel.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable; wonderful. Location is the best part of it.
It did not have an attractive, comfortable lobby or bar where one could sit.

Perfect location for a walk in the center, as well as in the park, close to metro and easy to find. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds - comfortable.
