    JW made our journey just effortlessly smooth. Their wonderful services not just began when you check-in the hotel but the moment you booked the hotel. Helping us with the hotel pickup,booking tables and any requests that you made they would try their best to fulfill. Staff was all friendly and helpful especially the golden key concierge Miguel who was exactly the one you needed for your trips. The whole experience made us so looking forward to coming back to Madrid and definitely we will stay in JW marriott again. 😊

    Big rooms and perfect location. New rooms and full isolation from outside noise . However u can hear noise from corridor or from rooms next door but thankfully it didn’t bother my sleep even though i am a light sleeper.
