The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Both the reception team and the cleaning staff were always kind, professional, and ready to help. The room was clean, the location was very convenient, and overall it was great value for the price.
There was nothing significant to complain about. I had a very pleasant stay.

The reception staff, especially the bellhop (I forgot his name!) They were all really kind, smiley and friendly. It was very clean.
No WiFi in the room, and also design flaws - eg. no space to hang wet bath towels, no coat hooks and only 4 hangers for 2 people. No space for luggage. Breakfast items were a bit poor quality and would be nice to have some choice of teas and coffees, fresh juice
