location, swimming pool. the rooms . The hotel is 1 min walking from Havaist bus stop
very noisy cafe-bar that was opened until 2 am with laud live music. No soundproofing

Managers at the desk eere not helpful and didnt pay any attention to my problem about left charger. It was ledt in the room ant they didnt bothered to check.

Good location
Twin bed room was not ready despite reserving it and confirming in email. On Arrival was told I hadn’t reserved twin bed room. Had to wait 20mins before room was made available.
Paid the full hotel charges on arrival but on checkout, the staff told me I haven’t paid the bill.
More time wasted while they made their checks and admitted their mistake that I have already paid.
