    Had an overnight stay because i landed in IST near midnight. Location is superb. Near Havaist stop at Taksim. Walking distance and the walkway is easy to stroll with the luggage. Room size is sufficient. Room facilities is great. Cleanliness is good. No complaint. There's no ramp between the road level and lobby level. But someone from the hotel will help to carry the bag.

    I was concerned to book a hotel that is safe, at good distance and affordable. Nippon was 10/10 for all my concerns. The location is 2 mins walk from airport bus shuttle, 5 mins to istiklal street and metros. Staff is exceptionally great and hotel itself is super clean, the helpdesk services are great. My stay was very comfortable and I wud re book this hotel for my any further visits to Istanbul.

    They changed my standard room to a room with no natural sunlight, facing an air shaft. To make it worse, they told me it was an "upgrade." As soon as I saw the room, I called the reception and explained that I am claustrophobic. Despite this, they said they had no other rooms available and that there was nothing they could do. I was able to move to a normal room which I paid for on the second day.
