Horrible hotel. The furniture was old. The place was run down. Chipped furniture The bathroom was dirty. Couldn't communicate with the staff because their English wasn't great, but bless them, they tried to advertise facilities that they don't have in the premises i had to book somewhere else what you see on the website is completely different in real life

This was one of nearest hotel to taksim square and public transportation, They allow us to check in early morning at around 9.00 am and also provide us breakfast which was not included on that day.

I booked to stay with my husband for 5 nights the hotel facility is run down clearly on the website. The pictures there when the hotel just newly opened. I specifically booked it because they have a gym. When we got there, they said they don't, have one anymore so that was force advertising, even if they did have before they should take it off the system, . The bathroom was completely dirty, the room. The furniture was chipped out. I was very disappointed I had to look for somewhere else we didn't stay there

The staff are lazy. If you complain they do the cleaning and everything properly . You have to ask them for cleaning and room service and water
