Mr. Ahmet was exceptional throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful and assisted us promptly with any situation we encountered. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference to our experience
Some rooms could be very noisy. Ask for a quiet room.

So many issues:
Very noisy street, music around until 4 am
No sound proofing
Small bathroom where you cannot move
Water pressure issue in the 9th floor in the bathroom
Mini bar not working properly
Window does not close properly
Poor room cleaning, they did not fill the liquid soap and did not provide enough towels
I had to report all issues to the reception
A 4 star hotel should not have so many issues
I will not return to this hotel again
