The reception staff were very courteous, even with our very late night arrival. We were checked in quickly, shown exactly where our cabin was, and then left politely alone.
Our unit had a squeaky stair tread. It didn’t feel unsafe, but it made an extremely loud squeal every time it was stepped on. I mostly felt bad for our neighbors, we left at 6:30 AM.

The location the staff were very nice and helpful
With that amount being paid, which is premium , The should provide a- house keeping every day with new towels b- breakfast option 3- improver the area near the lake. 4- although the furniture was in good condition is was very old it must be renovated.

Well appointed and with great size rooms and living areas. In a good position for exploring the area and easy parking.

The receptionist was lovely and the beds were comfortable.
The house smelt of damp and stale cooking, the ensuite was out of order, no hand towels, fridge/freezer was switched off, it looked shabby for the price.
