Affordable nice stay in a beautiful little town

The room was very clean and there was everything you need. No breakfast, but I knew. I thought maybe there would be a breakfast offer in the hotel where you get the key and the instructions( the staff was very helpful and friendly), but its a shame, no.The station house has a kitchen with tea, coffee and milk and a nice sitting area. So you can help yourself. Btw, good shower!

Since the station house is near a bar, it was quit loud in the night. The window glass obviusly is very thin. Another negative point was the noise of the fan of the bathroom next to my room. Very annoying

It did what itvwas supposed to do. Comfy bed, nice shower.

I stayedvhere because ibwas working locally. My room was spotlessly clean, very warm with a comfortable bed. The accomadation is more suited for tourist rather than contractors because there is no desk in the room, the room was quite small and the tv channells were very limired

Everything was perfect, I felt very welcomed by Jordan and nothing was too much trouble. I was a bit nervous being a solo traveler, but he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and gave me some tips on travel in the area. I loved the room nice view of the hills. Everything had been well thought out, nice heater towel rail lovely little Products, plugs in the right place comfortable bed and spotlessly clean I will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast at the siater hotel (Townhouse) which was great. Both bedrooms lovely. Modernised, comfortable, warm. Will most definitely be back.

Excellent room for an overnight stay. Surprisingly large room with a large bathroom. Separate shared room offers tea and coffee making facilities and table sitting area with tv, although mostly people were sitting reading.

Perfect base for exploring the beautiful countryside.

The Station Hotel is close to several good pubs and restaurants as well as carparking and the coop. I chose it as I was heading out early to hill walk and was just looking for a comfy bed with a nice en-suite and I definitely found this. The communal area with a hot drinks machine, kettle and a fridge was a bonus.

Good value. Great stop for climbing so nearby munros

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although it was 'room only' there was access to a little kitchen with hot drinks and biscuits, as well as the use of a fridge. Good value for money.

Sound proofing between the rooms could have been better, however this was not an issue as all the guests were very well behaved and considerate..
