Lovely place, not cheap but an 8 / 10 for our stay.
Staff were excellent. Leisure facilities clean, well maintained, and all functional. Restaurant dining room very pleasing, the food was delicious although there were several items on the not extensive menu missing both evenings. Location is wonderful for touring and seeing the countryside.
A guest above our room was extremely noisy to the point we left after being woken up twice in what would have been our final nights stay. That really took the shine of what had been a lovely time with my daughter. It's not cheap to stay here, so it was a special time we had planned to spend father daughter time together, which we do every second year. This was however ruined not by the resort or their staff who tried to sort the issue out but by another guest who obviously did not respect other guests, we were left feeling we had no other choice but to leave as by then we were wide awake.

On check in they didn't have my name under booking had to find booking reference Room was not great fir executive cleaners Troon next door got woken at 8.30am our neighbours had TV on at 1.30am Green exit light above door on all night so not great for sleeping experience We were booked for 2 nights and only stayed one

Very relaxing which is why we came.
Facilities on offer like the pool and sauna. Big room which was warm. Felt everything was there and no need to leave the site, allowed us to switch off.
Pillows were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Location for our plans was amazing, accommodation was spotlessly clean with ample parking, spa facilities were wonderful and restaurant food and service was perfect.
Sofa bed was useless for sitting on. Mechanism had sunk into the base at an angle and was too uncomfortable to use. Glad that one member of the party prefers to sit on the floor or we’d have had to request a new sofa.

Lovely stay in Moness. Comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was outstanding. For once vegetarians and vegans were catered for. Only thing missing was sourdough bread.
