Spacious and next to pool etc

Beautiful place, staff were friendly and helpful food was delicious. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Leisure facilities were also enjoyable. Will definitely be back again.

Our stay was not long enough wish we had booked 2 nights

The leisure facilities were good, the pool warm, sauna, steam room and changing areas clean. The upstairs bar was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant was good, breakfast and evening meal nice. The French guy who served breakfast was cheerful and pleasant. The bedroom in the main hotel was clean and spacious, nice touch with the local shortbread.

The main reception staff were mixed. The female who checked us in on the Sunday didn't make it clear regarding accessibility to the leisure facilities and appeared uninterested in her job that day. The main hotel reception is shabby and requires upgrading. The restaurant after evening meal was soulless, the bar empty and the bar staff keen to close. One if the restaurant staff had dirty hands/nails and uniform. That should be addressed by management. The room we stayed in number 10, in the main hotel is above the plant room, it was uncomfortably warm due to this, even with the window open.
