Great hotel, great food, great staff!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff were very warm and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, parking not great. Good clean standard, although could do with refreshing. Lovely building. Right in the town of Aberfeldy. Breakfast staff member was a delight and very attentive. Fabulous breakfast with good local produce.

Not ideal for the disabled. Bathroom heater rail didn’t work, in winter that needs to be in good working order. Bar man could have cracked a smile.

Excellent location ,good atmosphere in bar and good Indian restaurant across road

Heating was on a timer so couldn't put on when we wanted, ,when we arrived the room was cold as was the weather outside but we had to wait for the timer to come on to heat the room Bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs Huge bathroom

Had a lovely time, Aberfeldy is a Bonny place and the Schiehallion is an ideal base.

Lovely hotel for a short break.

Lovely room on the second floor so was very quiet. Comfortable bed in a very spacious room. Food and staff were excellent. Loved the atmosphere in the bar and chatting with locals who as always were friendly.

Comfortable hotel, great breakfast

Comfortable large room, lovely breakfast. I was able to park on the street just outside. A good breafast was provided. There was a pub on the ground floor but no noise was felt.

Very clean and a great location.

Breakfast was a real disappointment. Waited 50 minutes before receiving hot food. I was informed that a large group came in before me but I don’t think that is an acceptable excuse for a 50 minute wait, Eggs Royal was ordered but after approximately 40 minutes waiting, I was told that there was no smoked salmon. The large group cleared out the croissants and the fruit juice. The coffee machine was not working.

Bargain

Very large room and bathroom, I was traveling around Scotland over 4 days so had three one night stays at different hotels all costing around the same, of the three this was by far the most value for money.

Highly recommended

The moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a lovely young man and shown to our room. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. We wandered down to the bar and had a few drinks and started chatting to a few locals. The night continued with a lots of laughs as we exchanged a few ‘aussie’ jokes with the locals. A great sleep and a hearty ‘included’ breakfast completed our stay nicely. We would definitely stay here again. A great town and the manager and her son helped complete our stay in this mystical part of the world.
