The breakfast was good and had a variety of western and Asian options. I also appreciated the variety of fruit offered.
The shower in our combined rooms kept dripping outside the shower curtain making the bathroom floor wet, despite us turing the shower head towards the wall to minimize water coming out.

The staff extended a very warm welcome upon arrival. Refreshing welcome drinks are served while you relax in a side seating area for room keys and a one-on-one briefing about hotel features and nearby activities. The Hadana lives up to its reputation of providing bespoke service instead of an impersonal experience. All staff speak English well, which we found helpful. The included breakfast buffet is fantastic, with made-to-order dishes that vary by day (e.g., cao lầu and pho). Rooms are large, clean, and exceptionally climate controlled.
My only regret is not staying for more nights. Having an extended stay would make for a more relaxing time for sightseeing and sampling the area's hidden gems. Thicker, fluffier towels would be a bonus since we prefer to reuse them instead of having them changed on a daily basis.
