Little Riverside Hoi An . A Luxury Hotel & Spa

This was our second time staying here and the quality of the hotel was still as good as our first stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff were so patient and kind towards our toddler which made us feel at ease. We really like that the hotel is close enough to the Old Town that you can easily walk, but yet just far enough that you can avoid the busyness. We especially love how small the hotel manages to feel.

I had a wonderful stay at Little Riverside and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. I asked about a late check-out and they immediately checked what was possible and kindly offered me a complimentary extension. The airport transfer can also be arranged directly through the hotel and worked perfectly. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. My room was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a great bed, good pillows and soft bed linen. The bathroom was spacious and had everything I needed. Fresh bottled water was provided daily, and even small details such as the quality of the towels made the stay very pleasant. I particularly liked the location. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Hoi An, but far enough away from the busiest streets to be noticeably quieter. For me, this was actually better than staying directly in the middle of the Old Town. Breakfast offers a good mix of Vietnamese and Western options, including fresh fruit, eggs prepared to order, cheese, ham and very good coffee. Everything I tried was fresh and tasty. There is also a pool, gym and spa, although I didn’t use the spa during my stay. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable hotel with genuinely excellent service and a location I found perfect. I would happily stay here again.
