Beautiful village, clean room and the staff were so kind and helpful
A bit shabby in some areas but this did not detract from a lovely stay. We had to ask for afew bits for the room, tea, coffee etc, however there was an option to have the room serviced daily, we had overlooked this. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff so any requests were soon sorted.

Would have preferred a choice of eggs on the breakfast buffet rather than just scrambled. Tables hadn’t been cleared at breakfast

Lovely Location and bath tub in our room.
The dinner menu was disappointing, and it took an hour for the food to arrive, which was also not very good. The breakfast was buffet-style but had terrible eggs made from a packet, and the mushrooms tasted as if they came from a can. There was no ketchup available, and the orange juice had run out and wasn't refilled. Additionally, the tables were positioned very closely together, making it difficult to enjoy a quiet breakfast. The room was not very clean; there was dust in places, and the soup and shower gel/shampoo containers were mostly empty. There was only one coffee in the room, so I had to ask for more.
