Rooms spacious, lovely showers and bathrooms modern, beds very comfy, breakfast hot and plentiful, lots of fruit, smoked salmon and meats as well as the usual hot breakfast. Lovely large garden

The quiet village and the garden and the parking. The help with my internet connection.
There were not enough staff around, on reception or in the restaurant. The food was not replenished if you were late to breakfast. The cold water tap in my room ran hot all the time and there was underfloor heating - in a heatwave! The room was not serviced, which was not made clear to me on arrival. You had to book it. The room was difficult to find because it was through a lot of fire exits. The room was not very cool because the window overlooked the road so I did not like to open the one window too far.
