    Nice hotel in a lovely area. However, we waited three days for fresh towels despite asking four times! Breakfast ok. Lovely staff. Room was huge with a nice bathroom. We will stay here again if in the area.

    I love this hotel, it’s got character and personality. A big garden for the kids and near the Thames. The room we stayed in could be updated but the breakfast was good

    Great location for Henley but the hotel is very tired and needs a proper refit. The staff are trying their best but the place in run down!
