Staff were all polite and friendly. We received a warm welcome and they really tried to sort out a couple of issues for us.
The bed was comfortable. Towels were soft and a good size.
There was a nice choice of breakfast options and portion size was generous.
Room 1 looked tired and had a number of maintenance issues (some of which have been mentioned in other reviews but sadly not sorted). The toilet seat moves and needs fixing. It’s almost impossible to keep the shower head from falling down as you shower. The window frame is broken and the window won’t open. The carpet is really shabby. The bed is definitely not a large double as stated in the details.
