The indian food was delicious. Staff were professional and efficient (not warm and friendly) as expected for a big hotel chain.
The walk around the lake was covered in litter. Although this is not managed by the hotel, as a profit making company, it would be nice for the local community and the guests if investment was made by the hotel into maintaining the walk areas around the lake and providing facilities, such as park benches, on route.
I also think it would have been nice to have had a towel robe offered at the spa or in the room.

Nice hotel and very nice room- enjoyed the swimming pool etc
The food both evening meal and breakfast were average and overall it was an expensive stay - I expected better at this price.

I thought the room was great - great size and well laid out. Feels better than most 5 star hotels I have used in the last few years.
Steam Room was great.
My Meal in the Bar - never had Steak and Chips that came with only 5 chips before! (quite literally 5 chips!)
Gym wasn't great - feels tired and needs more variety.
Hot Tub was a waste of time - was uncomfortably small with anyone else in there with you!
