The building and decor were lovely, it was clean and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice and great value for money. The location is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to return in the future.
There were honestly no negatives.

Lovely room, comfortable stay, staff were very pleasant. Central location for the theatres i was attending and the train station literally opposite.
The iron in my room started smoking when I plugged it in. Apart from that the stay was great.
