Comfortable, clean room, very good lifts as we were on the 6th floor. Bathroom was clean and well equipped plus bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice including vegetarian and vegan options.
Bathroom could have done with a shelf to put tooth brushes and personal toiletries.

Proximity to Victoria, making it very convenient. Small but good lounge area big bar quiet room on an upper floor.
The shower . when it was turned on & the temperature dial adjusted, it made a horrendous sound and vibrated, and was so loud I had to turn it off momentarily.
