There was mouse traps near the toilets in the area. We have always been able to swim with our 2 had half guest child, however this time she was not aloud in the pool as we arrived after the time children are allowed in the pool, we had always arrived at the same time, due to breakfast times. Reception staff wasn’t helpful on our arrival, I’d confirmed the rooms I had emailed about the day before, a double room & twin, as the phones were not working leading up to the date of our stay. He said he had seen the message and had been actioned. And advised, well we are busy and don’t pick up the phones. Reception staff on the Saturday evening, wasn’t really helpful either, we arrived back to the hotel only to find that the trains were both double, admittedly they gave us a disabled room.

The hotel was very clean, the pool was great and the staff are very friendly. Everything was good. We did find the water pressure in the room to we very low and the breakfast was good too. But as we are vegetarian we did find that, as all the spoons are kept in a spoon area. That people where using meat spoons on veg options. Which put us off. But one of the staff kindly told the chefs to make us some veg sausages.
