One of the best things about this place, apart from its proximity to the city centre, is the staff. I’ve never encountered such exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming people. They really make the stay special

The hotel is in a great location, close to most of the major sights In Istanbul. It is in a busy part of town; however, the hotel was quiet with a view of Gulhane Park right across the street from the rooftop deck and windows that keep out much of the city noise. We were warmly greeted by Fatima at the fabulous breakfast buffet every morning and the hotel staff was professional and helpful. The spa and workout facilities were an added bonus. The hotel is very clean and we would definitely recommend it.
The only negative is that the WiFi is underpowered during peak times in the morning and evening.

Property was a family owned hotel right in the heart of the Old Town district. It was charming and old but with enough updating that everything worked well. The staff was wonderful and could communicate well with many languages. Everyone seemed to care about the guests. Breakfast was excellent and the Turkish bath was not to be missed. It was the highlight of my trip.
