Sultania is superbly located - five minute walk from the four top places you are likely to visit (Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace) and about 15mins from the Grand Bazar and Spice Bazar. Tram stop is 30 seconds away for getting to the French Quarter, Taksim Square and Ferry terminals etc
Rooms were excellent for the price, spotlessly clean and quirky interiors (in a great way - see the pics on their website). After a manic day on foot, grab a bottle of chilled wine in the rooftop bar with views across to Hagia Sophia - pretty good all-in-all.
Staff are super-welcoming and super-friendly, very helpful and can sort out anything you need for your stay - they even brought my wife a Birthday Cake on her Birthday - sweet!
A great team always with big smiles.

location is very good
close to all major sights
breakfasts are disappointing.surcharge on fresh fruit juice and good quality espresso (otherwise its both from a machine )
rooms are pretty small with shower /toilet setup a bit inconvinient
$$$$
