    To be honest the good thing about the hotel is its location, the breakfast was not as shown and not up to the level, the staff are nice the room also not as shown, overall, my stay was an ok stay but not recommended

    Breakfast is horrible, we never eat in their buffet even we stayed 9 nights. housekeeping and cleaning is very bad. Mattress is very dirty and has very dirty yellowish stains. pillows are very dirty and very slim hurts our nicks. Never clean the floor or the washroom and we have to fight and ask for good cleaning every single day. Never put bathroom tissue or water or clean towels and we have to ask the staff every single day. The funny part that the manager and the owner are aware of the hotel problem and they both agreed on our concerns but they can not do much to solve it because one of the owner is not good and does not want to fix anything in the hotel. Elevator stop on us for two times and we were scared and we took the stairs. First room they put us in was on the attic fifth floor was moldy with broken cracked wall , no widows and broken moldy bathroom counter with no dresser and very dirty towels and mattress. Then we changed the room second day because the manager refused to let us go to checked out and take our money back so we were forced to stay. We complained to Agoda but unfortunately, they did not do anything to help us to cancel and go to another hotel. Another customer found cockroach in her room and she complained to the manager but he returned her money back and cancel her booking while he refused to do the same for us excuses that Agoda did not send him anything or request. My daughter and son were very unhappy with all this and I was very stressful with all the situation

    We had a nice stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and the room was clean and good. The only thing that was bothering us was that we couldnt really open the window, according to the staff this was to protect against cats coming in, and that the wi-fi connection was terrible. This was an issue in both rooms we stayed in.

    I think issue also with Agoda. Mobile booking is too weak. Thare is no responce by host. Issue can not be solved if issue raised.
