It’s such a great location. The staff are great. The rooms are lovely. The breakfast is great. There’s a lot of nice extra touches provided. It also has an amazing Hammam. Impossible to resist! It’s our second time staying here. We love it!
Nothing at all.

Location is excellent. We had a room with balcony on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Friendly staff, great location walking distance to all things to see and do , lots of restaurants in the old part of Istanbul.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, located near main attractions.
Room light pollution and awful air conditioner (ac) work. Our sleep was significantly worsened by ac unit enabling every minute for 30 seconds for the whole night. It was loud and annoying, alternating levels of noise were making good sleep impossible. Staff recommended just “to keep it on max always so it never stops”, but 1) that sounds like a bad solution in general and 2) didn’t work. Also amount of non-switchable led lights in room was too much (tv, fire alarm, door control panel). So no hope for good sleep for stimuli-sensitive person in here.
