    strategic location, important historical spots are within walking distance. Room is rather small, but it's clean. Love their breakfast!

    Here for 6 nights with two friends in a different room on the same floor. Put us on 1st floor just above the light rail and street noise. You would think if we are staying that many nights, they would have given us quieter rooms!?

    Good location for airport transfer by shuttle, public transports like tram and metro. The room was nice and clean, breakfast is good with the rooftop view.

    Here’s a balanced 2-star Agoda review that sounds credible and fair rather than emotional: 2/5 The location is good and the reception staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. They also resolved the air conditioning issue after the first night, which we appreciated. The hotel offers airport transport and spa arrangements as well. Unfortunately, the overall stay did not meet the expectations set by the listing. The biggest issue was housekeeping, which was far below standard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, mirrors and surfaces were left dirty, the floor was not mopped, cups appeared only rinsed, toiletries and tea/coffee were not replenished, and even the bedding was poorly made with the mattress exposed. We also booked a street-view room but received a side-view room instead. The refrigerator did not cool properly either, and we unfortunately had to discard baby milk because it was not kept cold enough. While the staff were excellent, the hotel itself lacks facilities and the cleanliness standards need significant improvement.
