    I have already shared the feedback with hotel directly. However, for the benefit of all Agoda users; location of the hotel is excellent. However, before u accept the room keys check: 1. Bathroom fittings and fixtures. 2. If requested for additional bed. Check for its operational condition

    Our stay was spoiled because the hotel has surprisingly thin/ uninsulated windows and so even light music from a cafe across the road is inside your room and ears from morning till night. Like staying at a cheap hostel. Every sound comes in, from people talking to each car passing. A quiet room is a basic deliverable, not a luxury. Requests to change rooms to higher floors were conveniently ignored by claims that hotel was full throughout our 5 night stay. This property is not worthy of the hilton name. The whole point of selecting it was to avoid the risk of disappointments that local no-name hotels may spring on us. Instead, hilton let us down totally.
