Alan gut is the custodian and service manager at the hotel and handles everything. He ensures his guests are delighted and takes all care to ensure their stay is the best at his hotel. He went extra mile in safe guarding our luggage even after check out. He is a spectacular host and the room service is amazing owing to his dedication.

Great place to stay, the bus station is a few blocks away and it can take you to the island. The reception guy was so kind with us, we can storage our baggage before the check in. The room was clean and nice, it includes breakfast a few different for latin people but it was ok.
Great place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot of money.
The zone feels a little insecure late at night, but I don't know maybe it was just my perception

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Airport close by.
Chipping paint on walls and baseboards. Bugs on the floor. No blankets. Asked to accommodate my daughter and self with twin beds. The twins could have been easily separated but no additional sheets provided.
