Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla, mutta mielestäni ei liian kaukana Venetsian historiallisesta keskustasta. Alueelta löytyy kahviloita ja ravintoloita, mutta ei kauppaa. Asunto on erittäin siisti, vasta remontoitu. Fabio on erinomainen isäntä, heti tullessamme tunsimme itsemme tervetulleiksi, hän esitteli ja neuvoi miten Venetsiaan pääsee ja missä kannattaa käydä ja miten liikkua. Aamupala on Italialainen. Fabion kanssa keskustelu ja viestintä erittäin helppoa, hän vastaa nopeasti ja ystävällisesti.
Huoneisto oli siisti, mutta kylpyhuoneesta puuttui koukut pyyhkeille, liekö remontti vielä keskeneräinen tuota osin. Sänky on omaan makuun kova. Olisin toivonut huoneessa olevan vedenkeitin ja teetä/ pikakahvia.

Sehr sauber, komfortabel, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Chef und Personal sehr freundlich. Für Ausflüge wird alles sehr gut erklärt .

Olasz reggeli, bőséges és változatos. Új vagy nemrég felújított ház, nem dohos, mint a régi velencei épületek. Közel volt a buszmegálló,negyed óra alatt a vaporettonál voltunk.
Hűvösnek ítéltem a maximum 21 °C-ot, aludni megfelelő volt, de napközben lehetett volna melegebb. Alulról hideg volt, papucs mindenképp ajánlott.
