The apartment offers free parking, which is a great advantage since it’s located just outside Venice while still being conveniently close to the city. The apartment was clean, including the bathroom, and the air conditioning had already been turned on before our arrival, so it was pleasantly cool when we checked in, which was especially appreciated after traveling on a hot day. We were also offered a late check-out, which was a thoughtful gesture and a nice touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The listing could be clearer about the layout of the property. From the photos, it wasn’t obvious that the kitchen is a shared space. It also wasn’t clear that the bathroom, while private and exclusively assigned to the apartment, is located outside the apartment in the shared hallway. Although no one else uses it, having to leave the apartment with the key each time and lock and unlock the doors makes it less convenient than having an en-suite bathroom.

Se mencionaba habitación con baño privado pero no se especifica que el baño es afuera de la habitación, dentro del mismo apartamente pero fuera de la habitación. No es un hotel, es un apartamento en un edificio normal de residentes donde te alquilan la habitación.

The room was spacious, and the bathroom appeared to be clean.

The sheets and pillows didn’t look clean. Also, the other guests made a lot of noise at night, and we couldn’t rest well.
