Das Hotel befindet sich auf der Festlandseite Venedigs. Diese Seite ist nicht wirklich für Touristen interessant und so sieht es da in der Gegend auch aus. Immerhin konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Das waren zwar keine ausgeschilderten Parkplätze, aber es ging trotzdem.
Das Hotel selbst war sauber und einfach und für eine oder zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr übersichtlich und einfach gehalten. Zwar war es aufgrund Genius-Rabatt im Zimmerpreis mit inbegriffen, aber wenn nicht, hätte man es für ca. 10 € dazubuchen können und das wäre keinesfalls verhältnismäßig gewesen.
Es gibt eine Terrasse, auf der man gut sitzen kann.
Der Griff des Fensters in unserem Zimmer war kaputt, sodass wir den Fensterladen nicht arretieren konnten. Bei Wind schlug dann permanent der Fensterladen auf und zu.
Wir haben von unserem Fenster aus direkt auf ein benachbartes Bestattungsinstitut geschaut. Prinzipiell nicht schlimm, wenn man in diesem Punkt keine Befindlichkeiten hat.
Ein Klecks Farbe hätte der Wand bzw Decke mal gut getan, denn aufgrund eines ehemaligen Wasserschadens im Zimmer über uns, war die Zimmerdecke an der Badseite komplett mit Stockflecken übersät. Das hindert einen zwar nicht am Schlafen, aber sieht halt nicht schön aus.

It’s literally 20 seconds away from the bus stop to Venice. It was a perfect choice when you don’t want to overpay for the hotel in Venice.
Breakfast was shy but acceptable and it was a pleasant surprise as it was included.
Furniture etc wasn’t new but to be honest for this price it’s a gem!
Common space outside was closed in the evening but it’s just a tiny thing.
Air spray was in the main room and I would wake up cause of it, had to move it. It also smelled too intense after it.

Quiero destacar el personal… muy amable y atento… se agradece la cama limpia después de un largo viaje… el propietario puede invertir un poco mas en cositas… el hotel es bonito…
He flipado con el desayuno… me arrepiento por no hacer una foto. He tomado un cafe… muy pobre el desayuno. Un tipo de pan, un queso, un solo tipo de embutido, mermelada, mantequilla…nada de tomate…nada de huevos, algo saludable … si te estas cuidando…no tienes nada para comer ! algo para variar… decepcionante… mi marido comió algo…pero yo , nada !
