The rooms, were ok, though there were some problems with the sewer so the bathroom smelled bad. The breakfast was terrible and the staff was not welcoming except for one person on our chek-out day. The picture is not up to date on the website.

Great location across from the bus stop, old property but clean, only thing was not very good is breakfast, they need to add some pork products, I understand that it’s a religious thing to the owner but customers has nothing to do with that.

Excellent location and excellent staff. It had a bus route to Venice right at the front of the hotel. The only drawbacks were the rooms were quite old, they were clean but the age was showing. Further, the area was a bit shady. Overall it was great.

The room that we got stunk of old cigarettes. The bathroom was cramped due to direction the door opened. Fortunately, the staff were great.

Room had an old smell. It was also noisy. Otherwise it was clean, breakfast was pretty good for the hotel rating. Also customer service was very helpful.

Excellent staff that provided various indications of good restaurants ,on how to get to Venice and many other minor situations. Excellent breakfast served every morning. Rooms were spotless clean and you could see that the Hoteol is very well managed. I highly recommend it.

Staff was kind and helpful. New owners they are working out the little things like a phone in the room that works. They have a handy cap lift other than that u use the stairs. Breakfast was very good. Some staff don’t speak very good English but the manager speaks very well to make up for that. All round good experience.

Staff was amazing. Room was very large, very clean. We saw a lot of people doing drugs though on the streets around the property (needles, snorting, etc) which left us a bit uneasy. But the accommodation itself was so great.

The location of the hotel is great, near public transport that gets you easy to Venice.The stuff is very friendly, helps you with any questions and queries about the city.Its quite, and clean, I definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Although we were on the 3rd floor with no elevator our bags were willingly carried to our room by staff members.
