Very close to central station, a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area, clean, comfortable, big room, kitchen equipped with all you need.

It is close to the train station, restaurant, bus stop, and grocery store. It has a working ac and roomy bathroom. It is a budget hotel, so as long as you set the right expectation, then you should be fine.

It can get noise from people above the room or from other guests in the apartment unit. While it provides packages of shower gel and shampoo, I recommend bring your own set as well. The bath towels smelled sour - it might be the type of detergent they use. The communication with the host is timely, and I would consider non-responsible. As an example, I communicated at least a month in advance about my late check-in, and after multiple message and WhatsApp call to get a reply about €20 fee of check-in after 8pm. The kitchen only has kettle and microwave to use.

The location was great, with easy access to bus number 2 to Venice and close to the train station, but away from the busy main road. It was no-frills and good value if you're looking for a basic place to sleep. The private bathroom was bigger than most places, so it was a plus. The bed was okay, but it only had a bedsheet as blanket, which was fine during the summer.

The building looks like a private office rather than a hotel. We had to call the phone number for the staff to come and open the door. The walls were paper thin, you can hear everything. There's a shared kitchen facility.

Close to public transport

1. It was nowhere mentioned that it is on 2nd floor of a building with no lift. 2. There was staff but refused to help us with bags. 3. Dint let us use the toilet before checkin time even on requesting by my elderly parents. 4. The staff came inside room and started collecting bed linen before we checked out. We were inside the room. It was 2 hours before checkout time.
