Great location about 200m from Mestre train station, a supermarket a few doors down (note it closes on a Sunday), and a bus that gets from almost outside the hotel directly into Venice. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well
No one answered the bell when we arrived but we phoned the manager and he drove over to let us in - I think that’s normal for this hotel. There is a kettle, tea,coffee, cutlery and a fridge in the kitchen but not much else

Very close to central station, a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants in the area, clean, comfortable, big room, kitchen equipped with all you need.

Close to public transport
1. It was nowhere mentioned that it is on 2nd floor of a building with no lift. 2. There was staff but refused to help us with bags. 3. Dint let us use the toilet before checkin time even on requesting by my elderly parents. 4. The staff came inside room and started collecting bed linen before we checked out. We were inside the room. It was 2 hours before checkout time.
