The property is clean and nice For the value of money paid. Service is decent
The pervasive smell of cooking and food from other rooms was overwhelming throughout the entire floor. The odor would seep into our room, either through the door or the ventilation system, making it impossible to escape. This intense smell lingered all day and often persisted into the night, creating an uncomfortable and persistent issue during our stay.
While we understand that some cooking odors are to be expected with this type of room booking, the intensity of the smells was overwhelming. It was so strong that even the guests in the room causing the odors would sometimes open their doors and windows in an attempt to air out the smell.

What truly makes this hotel extraordinary is its staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth created an atmosphere that is increasingly rare to find. Every member of the team treated us with such care and respect that it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed home. I can honestly say that in no hotel in Europe have I ever felt as “at home” as I did here. The entire staff deserves the highest praise—their dedication, professionalism, and positive energy made our stay unforgettable. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Beyond the people, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are simply perfect: spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every detail seems thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests feel relaxed and well cared for.
The facilities are very good and well organized, offering everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, with the mall just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, or simply taking a walk nearby.
Overall, this hotel offers something truly special: a rare combination of comfort, quality, and above all, exceptional human warmth.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom family suite for extra money but the value was worth the extra price we paid. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The hotel is in crowded location and so parking was an issue; however, they provided free valet to move our car from the front of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet wasn't the best but it was above average.
When they provided this upgrade option, the staff was still cleaning the apartment. We had to wait for the cleaning to be done. There was still some strange smell by kitchen that lingered for a day but then it went away the next day. We didn't use the kitchen and therefore, we were able to ignore it as we went past kitchen to our bedrooms. No other complaints.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was accommodating.
No actual parking at the property as advertised, car had to be taken to nearby mall by staff continuously. No swimming pool on site as advertised. Sofa bed was not provided as advertised on booking, as I had to pay separately for an extra bed. Breakfast was not provided for the entire family of 4 as advertised, as I had to pay separately for breakfast for 2 persons. Rooms were not sound proof.
