Nice hotel, good value for money

Very spacious room with gigantic wardrobe and really nice staff. Good location with a 24/7 shop nearby. Valet parking available at the hotel. Close to a shopping center. Safe and nice neighborhood.

Water wasn’t as hot as I like it while showering. They gave us a room right next to the housekeeping room so the noise started really early in the morning. Windows do not open for a bit of fresh air.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was accommodating.

No actual parking at the property as advertised, car had to be taken to nearby mall by staff continuously. No swimming pool on site as advertised. Sofa bed was not provided as advertised on booking, as I had to pay separately for an extra bed. Breakfast was not provided for the entire family of 4 as advertised, as I had to pay separately for breakfast for 2 persons. Rooms were not sound proof.

A good hotel in a very good location, with spacious rooms and high quality staff.

Very good location in central Abu Dhabi. Staff were excellent (at reception, in the restaurant and giving help with parking) as is par for the course with all the Rotana hotels I've stayed in. Rooms were very spacious with a large comfy bed, plus sofa, table, etc.

The hotel is rather old and the fixtures/fittings feel dated when compared with most other hotels in the UAE.

Not recommended at all

To be honest nothing, i checked in for 4 night but changed the hotel very next morning, staff was rude and unhelpful, booked a smoking suite as advertised, upon arrival room wasnt kept and offered a different suite, amazingly horrible experience

Everything, furniture was old, room was extremely small, shouldn’t advertise it as a suite

Worth visiting again.

The hotel was clean. Staff was very efficient and polite (especially Mostafa and Elsa at the front desk). Nicholas was also very quick. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Dinning hall is small and there is not enough space for guests to easily sit and take food. We had to share table with another family because there were not enough tables available. Enough crockery was not readily available. Bath tubs not available inside the hotel bathrooms. Swimming pool is not available inside the same hotel building.

Warm welcoming and worth every penny !

We stayed with family at Al Rawda Arjan for a short gateway, we couldnt have been more satisfied! The entire team was professional and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Edward from the reception and Ali the restaurant waiter who went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and will recommend to everyone.

Nothing, as it was very disappointing and the pictures on booking.com are not the reflection of reality…

The hotel feels and looks very old. It is on a very very noisy road in downtown Abu Dhabi and you hear constant noise. Everything inside the king suite I had was old and the air conditioning system was noisy. I had room derby and the food was s’enfuyant cold. The breakfast was ok but not more and food was cold again… the only positive was the staff. I will never return to this hotel. I paid the equivalent of 160$USD for one person which is a ripoff!!!

Parking is not convenient, but I got lucky because it was holiday and it was free, but it is under the sun, the other parking available is in the mall park, and they have to give you some paper that you are resident in the hotel
