The property is quite good, it’s clean and the rooms have a very good size I have to compliment the service from Edward in the front desk. He is a 10/10
I would say the area . It’s too busy but you have as well the shopping center just behind many other small businesses.

Excellent service. A quiet and very clean hotel right next to Al Wahda Mall.
The reception desk was exquisite (Arianne was very helpful considering the possibility of a next visit).
Especially the car service (Ali) was very polite and punctual.
The room Internet connection could be better (It could not support App calls, ie Viber / WhatsApp, even without video). I didn't have the opportunity to visit the gym or dine in the hotel restaurant, which seemed closed at all times after breakfast.

Location was good
Old and dirty facilities. Valet parking is non existent, had to ring for someone to come out. Food choices were extremely limited for dinner and breakfast.
