Good for its price, but needs improvement.

The bedsheets were not clean obviously they were not changed! the reason why im putting a low rating. Breakfast was ok, but many items were more for a lunch than a breakfast. Vallet asked me to park my car in a sand pit parking, and had to walk on the sand carrying my luggages! (same when leaving)

Change the bedsheets. More breakfast items. Manage the parking / vallet

The hotel needs renovation in many areas. Very old and not up to the standards.

Let’s start from my arrival, the parking is on the other side of the hotel on a very dusty spot, you need to drop your luggage at the door of the hotel, park, then go back to the main door, the reception is in the center of the building. Once I checked in the room was on the other side of the reception, where I have to go out and walk for 200 meters to find my room, and there’s no elevator and no one to help, I had to carry my luggage to the first floor. The room was very big, with many unused spaces, the lights were very dim, everything was very very old, from the furniture to the toilet to the other facilities in the room, the floor was dirty and had many pinholes, the AC sound was very load, bathtub and shower area are separated, and when I tool bath the water kept on leaking outside. The staff are not really helpful, they just want you to check in and check out, no actual help from luggage to even invoices.

The play area and pool was amazing. The Villagio restaurant has the most delicious food.

The breakfast was average. No late check out, but check-in was so late. The water in the rooms is not hot enough. Pillows are hard and too high.

Best choice for people who will take their poemetric exam.its very near.

I was in abudhabi 16 to 17 of August to take my exam.this hotel is very near to the exam area,bus terminal etc. Thats why I book it. Aside from that it has a big,clean room,bath and bed.food is good also.i will recommend it if you are going to abudhabi to take your exam.its really the best choice.and thank you for the hospitality.front desk are very approachable.and answers calls automatically.

No mini grocery bar inside the room.my situation is i dont have that time to go groceries and buy food.and im too tired to go also. It will be very helpful for a traveler like me.i just want something to eat without waiting.

Room is not clean Bathroom was a mess however I left them a note to clean it , because the floor was full of water They are charging for extra bottles of water which I havent experienced this before. When I call Room service they told its a new rules When I told him its 2 AM what I am supposed to do he told me nothing From my side

The Indian receptionist and his Indian boss, they were too much disrespectfull tone and my guests They refuse to speak English while the receptionnist is calling the manager and they made me send back my guest while I came down myself explaining why the other guy forgot his ID at home.

Junior suite was in the basement!!! Staff are indifferent in general, need to learn basics of hospitality and service. Spa was a let down with substandard massage by untrained/dishonest technicians! Just one restaurant and room service with limited menu.

I had a bad experience in this hotel with my wife, the staff was rude and they made my wife feel like an ordinary woman, we are residents and we had stayed in this hotel before, they did not give us a solution to be able to enter while the ID arrived
