Beautiful rooms and the perfect location to explore Zürich! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!!! They also provide adapters!

They provide fans but the top floor but it was still quite warm, we stayed during hottest time of the year though so it was okay :)

We had an incredible private rooftop with entry from our room with gorgeous views that made our stay unforgettable! Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They were able to get me into my room early upon request and were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

Very good location, huge appartment and most important exellent service from reception girls who helped me day before with my mistake.

That was very hot day in Zurich and there was no real air conditioner just something that turns the air over the room, ventilator,I guess. They started it before we came it was very nice to think of us....Thank you verymuch .

The location was right downtown which we liked and just up the hill from the Molina restaurant - where we had an excellent dinner. The room was fine.

There is essentially NO lobby and the front desk staff is very limited. We asked the lady who was only on duty until 8 pm!!! to book a taxi for the next morning and she booked a car that was twice as expensive as a taxi would have been.
