A clean., comfortable hotel at a good price

Kristin was exceptional in helping us. My partner is disabled and she have us the room suited to her needs. She made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely.

The car park and young men hanging around the reception door smoking and drinking had made us nervous of staying. I went to check as from the outside it did not give a welcoming, safe feeling. We thought we’d have to go elsewhere.

the location is nice, the bus stop is nearby clean room with separated beds as was promised ✊🏻 great variety of breakfast options

it was a bit loud from other rooms (alarm clocks or callings were heard ) as well as the was no water in the room: we occasionally found a card that the water is at the reception but it was after 22 pm when the reception was closed already in the morning we couldn’t take it with us because of the bottle (as it was explained)… minor stuff, but though

Great location and parking easily available. Nice modern clean rooms. Very good breakfast with coffee already at the table.

Nice Hotel at a low price (compared to other hotels in the city)

Helpful staff. They were willing to adjust to my food allergies upon request made by me during the booking process. The room size is nice. Breakfast buffet looks fresh and inviting. Overall a good place to stay, I will use them again as they are my go-to Hotel in Bremerhaven after testing several others in that price range.

At first I was offered a room which clearly smelled like someone smoked in it. As a non smoker I could not accept it, but I swiftly received a new room. Beds are a bit soft. The showers are a bit dated. Breakfast was a bit small selection, a bit smaller than the last times I have stayed at this hotel. If the hotel is busy, chances to find a parking spot is low if you are out late, street parking is usually busy, too. The area is a bit noisy.

Gret price/value. Location is convinient. City center is in 10 min by bus. Convinient parking. Very clean
