A good functional hotel.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English to complement our poor German. The location is remote from the city centre but offers a variety of walking routes to it. The breakfast was more than adequate plus free parking was available behind the hotel.

The staff at breakfast appeared a little awkward at first - perhaps some were new - but as always things improved. Dinner was available at the hotel but the restaurant atmosphere, and what was on offer wasn't inviting to us.

Excellent help from restaurant staff!

The restaurant in the evening was super with wonderfully helpful personnel. The food was excellent.

There was an expectation that people can arrive by 20:00 which is certainly not the case in every instance. The restaurant personnel helped us with contacting the central hotel team and eventually all was resolved.

Bequeme Betten, alles sauber, Zimmer war geräumig, Personal sehr freundlich

Das Frühstück war eintönig, immer gleich. Nur zwei Sorten Brötchen, keine neue Auswahl an Käse/Wurst/Müsli an unterschiedlichen Tagen.

Bremerhaven ist immer eine Reise wert, jedenfalls Klima- und Auswandererhaus.

Vielfältiges Frühstückt, zum Glück Filterkaffee. Tee, Wurst, Käse, Oliven, Salate, Müsli, uvm. Zimmer ruhig und komfortabel. Parkplatz gratis, Stadthalle gegenüber und Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus.

Die Zimmer sind einfach zu klein. Über den Sessel muss man förmlich steigen, um ins Bett zu kommen.

Die Unfreundlichkeit vom Personal beim Frühstück, die nicht korrekte gemachte Betten Anzahl bei Ankunft und Schimmel im Badezimmer. Kein Kaffee zum Frühstück und durchgelegene Betten

Gutes Hotel aber leider ohne Empfang von ARD- und ZDF-Sendern.

Das Frühstück war gut und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Am letzten Abend habe ich Zufall erfahren das man im Hotel am Abend auch warm essen kann. Ein Hinweis von der Rezeption wäre da dienlich gewesen, da das Essen auch von sehr guter Qualität war.

Leider hat das Hotel verpaßt das die öffentlichen Sender alle SD Sender abgeschaltet haben und nur noch HD Sender empfangbar sind, die aber von den Fernsehern im Hotel nicht empfangbar sind.

Nettes Hotel für einen Stadttrip 👌🏻

Sehr saubere, ruhige Zimmer

Abendessen gab es an dem Übernachtungstag nur in Büffetform, gab keine Alternative. Meines Erachtens war die Auswahlmöglichkeit für den Preis zu gering und das Essen war nicht beschildert, ungünstig für Vegetarier und Allergiker. Würden wir so nicht mehr machen….
