Location and spa area. Nice breakfast. Good to stay for short stay in town.

There are some issues with cleaning. Cobwebs on the ceiling and hair in the bathroom are not welcome in a hotel of this standard. No further comments.

The pool was quite pleasant - still no towels nor explanation of the facilities

The room was small, dark, sticky and no fresh air came in even when the windows were open. There was no glass or (complimentary) water in the room.

The hotel was beautiful! The room was big and very clean and the staff was SO nice. Parking was a little tight but it seemed the hotel had multiple lots you could use. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The pool was a little small but there were not many people staying there at the time. Location is near bars and restaurants and a short walk to the water front. The hotel has a self service bar in the lobby and a restaurant.

There wasn't a kettle in the room which would have been nice.

Too expensive for the what it is.

The room was nice. The location a conenience.

Being friendly would help. No room cleaning for four nights being short of staff - sorry. Staff is available to check bar and water use. Parking is a chaotic arrangement.

Generally the hotel was very well designed, had a great layout, excellent customer service and a fantastic breakfast buffet.

Our only comment would be to upgrade the pillows. Everything else was superb.

Das sehr freundliche Personal. Ein stylisches , grosses Zimmer. Zwar etwas dunkel gehalten aber stilvoll. Ebenfalls das Restaurant. Es ist im "Alt Bremer" Stil. Durchaus sehenswert. Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht dort, vor einer Kreuzfahrt. Aber gerne wieder.

Während des Frühstücks galt die Aufmerksamkeit nicht immer dem Gast. Da hätte mir ein Umherschauen gefallen.

Wir haben ein Amenity Kit und Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer vermisst. Der Service beim Frühstück war freundlich und sehr bemüht. Dennoch fehlten am Buffet aufgrund des hohen Gästeaufkommens häufig Dinge. Orangensaft gab es gar nicht. Die Sauna wurde spät aufgewärmt und ein Handtuch ist ein bisschen zu wenig. Das kann nicht korrigiert werden, weil keine Handtücher ausliegen.

どのスタッフもとても親切に対応してくださった。ホテル内、客室、朝食会場どこを取っても赤を基調とした高級感溢れて素敵だった。朝食も種類豊富で良かった。ブレーマーハーフェン市内にあるにも関わらず、少し奥まった位置にホテルがあり、とても静かで快適に過ごすことができた。バス停も近く中央駅からの利便性も良く、徒歩圏内に観光できる場所やレストラン、ショッピングセンターがある。

客室内の暖房があまり効かずに、寒かった。個人差があると思うが全体的にホテル内の照明が暗いので、何か部屋で作業したりする人にとっては向かないかもしれない。客室のドアと絨毯が擦れて、ドアの開け閉めが大変だった。もう少し客室内のアメニティを増やしてもいいのかなと思う。
