The pool was quite pleasant - still no towels nor explanation of the facilities

The hotel was beautiful! The room was big and very clean and the staff was SO nice. Parking was a little tight but it seemed the hotel had multiple lots you could use. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The pool was a little small but there were not many people staying there at the time. Location is near bars and restaurants and a short walk to the water front. The hotel has a self service bar in the lobby and a restaurant.

There wasn't a kettle in the room which would have been nice.

Too expensive for the what it is.

The room was nice. The location a conenience.

Being friendly would help. No room cleaning for four nights being short of staff - sorry. Staff is available to check bar and water use. Parking is a chaotic arrangement.

Generally the hotel was very well designed, had a great layout, excellent customer service and a fantastic breakfast buffet.

Our only comment would be to upgrade the pillows. Everything else was superb.

Hmmm, schade…

Das Personal ist echt seeehr freundlich. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein Superior DZ gebucht, leider war das kein renoviertes Zimmer. Hatte also nichts mit den Bildern im Internet gemein!! Die Zimmer-Ausstattung für Hotel mit 4* Hotel war, meiner Meinung nach, nicht ausreichend. Z.B. auf dem Zimmer… keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Gläser, TV ohne Radioempfang, Reinigung nur alle zwei Tage und das Bad hatte viele Abnutzungserscheinungen und vor allem … es stank aus dem Bodenabfluss sehr stark (Notbehelf war dann das Abdecken mit einem Handtuch). Die Hotelbar hatte Selbstbedienung mit „selbstständigen Aufschreiben“, aber das war nicht problematisch. Das Schwimmbad war niedlich, aber das Wasser hatte keine 28 Grad, sondern nur 26 Grad, es fühlte sich leider für uns zu kalt an (für andere Badegäste übrigens auch). Das Frühstück war gut und ich möchte wirklich nochmal die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorheben!
