Good location, clean but average experience.

Location is very good and it had a nice breakfast.

Bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. It would have been nice to have 1 English television channel. Staff were ok - not very attentive or especially friendly. Though breakfast is served every day, it would have been nice if there was some sort of variety. It was the same offering every day.

Good for bike tourers

Secure bike storage in locked room inside the open underground garage. Lift access to rooms from garage level. Good value for money. Modern very large room. Great hot water in shower. Comfortable bed, but pillows not comfortable. Quiet. Good air conditioning. Great sofa and 2 comfortable chairs. Great central location.

Lighting in room not great - needs ceiling lights. Slow WiFi. Sticky floor in breakfast room.

Hotel is conveniënt in the center of Bremerhaven and we were nicely surprised, great for a day out.

We had a fabulous room, it was spacious and had wrap around windows that not only overlooked the square, but the shopping street and further. Also nice a quite whilst we were there.

A very nice stay in a conveniently located hotel

The breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. The location in downtown Bremerhaven is quite convenient for sightseeing. It takes about twenty minutes on foot to reach the main train station. The WiFi worked well.

The TV's remote control had not been cleaned and was visibly grimy. The shower cabin was leaky on the sink side. The signage on the staircase is not very clear and when you try to take the stairs, you are unable to get into the floors with rooms on them.

What an absolutely wonderful surprise this hotel was! It’s in a perfect location in the middle of a square with restaurants everywhere! be sure to ask for a room on the 5th floor looking at the square! super comfy rooms! one of the best breakfasts in Germany so far! it was an excellent rejuvenation for these weary cycling tourists!

breakfast too busy, chaos. rooms too hot. fan did not work. internet was woeful. took forever to connect laptop each time, was very slow, kept disconnecting. made being there in business a chore.

I liked the room, which is looking to the main square. The breakfast had many options. Staff was friendly. Blankets were really cozy.

The smell in the hotel and the room was not fresh. It was like there has been smoking before and the smell has been in the carpets or floor.
