Pleasant, but beds could be replaced

The hotel has a modern feel, and provides a good breakfast. The staff are very attentive. The bathrooms are very nice.

The bed itself was two single beds pushed together, and so you could fall into the gap between as the two bases were not that fixed, so not the most comfortable. The side tables were also quite awkwardly placed because the room isn't that wide and so the beds takes up pretty much all the horizontal space.

The wifi would only stay on my computer for about 2 hrs I had to do things for work and was on a meeting call and the wifi would cut off in the middle of my business video calls

Comfortable and beautifully fitted room. Breakfast was fabulous. My husband particularly liked the pancakes! Having parking garage was very convenient. So easy to get luggage from car to room.

Great location. Great food around the place! Awesome view from the balcony. Clean and great value for the buck.

Could use a small microwave. The double bed is basically two small beds pushed together, so there is large space between. Not comfortable if you are cuddle sleepers like my wife and I are. We ended up sliding in between the beds and did not get a lot of sleep. We left one night early because of that. We loved everything this hotel had to offer, but the double bed was really bad.

Good quality breakfast. Well designed room, in good condition and very clean. Comfortable bed.

Lack of flexibility from staff. Hotel bar opens at 17.30 - staff refused to serve me when I walked in at 17.23. Made me sit down and wait, even though they were not busy doing anything, and at exactly 17.30 served me a drink. Would have been understandable if I walked in way before opening time, or in case they were busy with other matters, but this was ridiculous.

WOULD STAY SOME PLACE ELSE NEXT TIME

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND FACILITY WAS FAIRLY CLEAN. BARTENDER RON FROM 5TH FLOOR NEW YOUR BAR WAS VERY NICE AND COURTIOUS. SPOKE ENGLISH VERY WELL AND HELPED IN ANYWAY.

STATED THAT I WAS TO RECIEVE A QUEEN SIZE BED AND IT WAS TWO TWINSIDE BEDS THAT WOULD COME APART IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IF YOU ROLLED OVER. RESTURANT AND BREAKFAST. NOT ALL STAFF SPOKE ENGLISH AND THE TRANSLATION FROM GERMAN INTO ENGLISH WERE NOT THAT WELL. SO YOU REALLY ORDERED WHAT THEY NEW HOW TO TRANSLATE INTO ENGLISH

Breakfast was lovely. We had rooms facing the water, which was lovely with one exception: there is a party boat nearby so it could get quite loud if you had your window open. It didn't bother me, but that might be a problem if one is a light sleeper.

Location is perfect- on the wharf and very convenient to bicycle rentals, retail shops and the walkway along the water. Staff was friendly, helpful, spoke English (as we don’t speak much German.). Facilities were very clean and tasteful- breakfast was incredible.

Exceptional

Beautifully quiet room soundproofed both from the inside and the outside, although I paid a premium for a room overlooking the harbour, which afforded a lovely view. Nicely designed rooms, with wood-panelled furniture in a modern style. Very nice bar on the top floor, with a terrace overlooking the port. Sumptuous breakfast, good service, even the other guests were a civilised bunch. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The double bed was actually two single beds put together, and the sheets rumpled up a bit.
