I strongly recommend this hotel for any couple visiting Bremerhaven city.

I am extremely disappointed with both the hotel and Agoda.
The hotel failed to provide a proper and reliable internet connection during our stay, despite knowing that the issue had already existed for more than a week before our arrival. We were never informed in advance about this major problem, even though internet access was essential for my official work and online meetings.
Because of this failure, I was forced to purchase expensive international mobile data at my own expense just to continue my work responsibilities.
What made the experience even worse was Agoda’s response. Despite explaining the situation clearly and providing all details, Agoda failed to offer any meaningful solution, compensation, or proper support. Instead of protecting customers, they simply shifted responsibility back and forth with the hotel.
This was not just an inconvenience — it was a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and customer care from both the hotel and Agoda.
I would strongly advise future travelers to think carefully before booking here.
