Breakfast was an added cost, but worth it. Lobby area is clean and comfortable. Our room was large with plenty of space.

Very nice location but far from harbor, beautiful view on canal, interesting building
Breakfast - expected fresh omelettes, juices were not squeezed, too sweet
Room
- old, dirty disgusting carpet
- dumb light arrangement - can only turn bathroom light on with main, whole room lights up middle of the night to go to the batgroom
-- cheap on the watee, only provided first day
