Access nightmare

Very clean and all facilities I required for cooking. Good shower and comfortable bed .

Gaining access was a nightmare. Code didn't work, phoned for a new code then told had to use stairs as lift not working. Climbed to 3rd floor as room 313 but corridor locked. Phoned again and told cleaner would come . I tried going up to 4th floor where it turned out room 313 was located!!!. Eventually got into room after 40 mins messing around.

Everything was clean and the cleaning staff was super nice, they helped me moving my suitcases and gave me extra coffee and water when needed!

When I tried to call for late check out (only needed one extra hour) they just denied it with no further options. Also, they don't have a place to storage luggage.

Clean, modern, but very basic

Easy to get to: by city bus 502 from Bremerhaven main station to stop “Twischlehe” (25 mins). You can also walk from Bremerhaven-Lehe station (a 20-mins walk). 2 large supermarkets (Lidl and Netto), plus bakeries / coffee shops right around the corner.

I don’t think there are any restaurants in the area - you will have to go into town to eat. The room large but with very basic furniture - think student hostel style. The single bed very small and not very comfortable. Getting the entry codes to work is really difficult (as practically everybody has commented).

NNow that I know how these work, I would use Aparthotels again.

A very well equipped room with everything one could wish for to support a stay. The location was great, convenient for public transport and with plenty of parking spaces.

There did not appear to be any staff and use of the number sent to my phone was slightly confusing. In addition, it was not until I was in the room, that I got parking instructions and those visible from outside were not at all clear as to who could park where.

Apart from the weird smell coming from the wash bassinet in the bathroom everything was fine. I think that smell should be investigated. But it was very comfortable and big.

the facilities are lovely and it could be a nice apartment block IF (see feedback)

first of all the walls are super thin. i could hear people using the toilet, talking and in the morning it was super loud! the neighbors wheelchair-no offense to the sick person- but the wheelchair smelled badly throughout the corridor in front of my door. the apartment does not have a working heater- I am now struggling with a sore throat and I am not feeling well as I was freezing all night long.slept with a jacket, thick socks, long jogging pants and a scarf! It was the last night before starting my job on the cruise ship which I need energy for - I don’t have any now. a very loud hover woke me up in the morning. even then I wasn’t allowed to rest. I am super upset that I paid lot of money for a nightmare. the apartment could have been so lovely but with all these circumstances it turned into a very unhealthy stay for me. I would appreciate if I could get a part of a refund, since the medications that I already bought this morning in order to stay fit for work already cost me over 30 Euros. very sad about this. i look forward to hearing from anyone. i am super disappointed and not feeling well as I said.

Remember your given passwords for getting in to your room. I think it could cause some problems for some people if they expect a normal key.

I booked it for 2 adult, it was one bed and additional methal bed, no shampoo, the price was like hotel with breakfast included!! I asked myself how they could not even a small shampoo? If sb comes for business, should bring the shampoo with herself?

- Size of the room

- it’s located inside an hospital building, outside faraway from Bremerhaven. - can’t cook because has no smoke extractor kitchen is a closet from Ikea - no cleaning or change toals - maitress is horrible Worst ever don’t recommend it

extrem Enttäuscht

Mir hat nicht gefallen, ein Zimmer vorzufinden, in dem nur EIN Heizkörper geht, (der Linke) und bei Rechten gab es kein Thermostat , war nicht zum Einstellen und die Gesamt Raumthemperatur war um16,5 bis 17 Grad. Wollte nicht im Badezimmer schaften!

Die Ausstattung sogar mit einer Pantryküche,Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine. Duschkabine mit Regenwalddusche und Massagedüsen. TV mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung.

Nadelfilzteppich.ohne Hausschuhe eine Zumutung, Fleckig und riechend. Auf dem Schrank sowie im Schrank lag sichtbar Staub. Für den Fahrstuhl nuss man immer seine Zimmernummer sowie den Code eingeben, das Display ist niedrig angebracht. Für die Zimmertür ist auch hier der Code erforderlich, man muss dann den Knauf drehen. Von innen ist es erforderlich den Knauf zum schließen zu drehen, sonst kann jeder rein.

Alles war wie erwartet und absolut okay - insbesondere mit Blick auf Preis und Leistung.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war grundsätzlich modern eingerichtet. Das Bett war auch okay und die Lage des Zimmers war sehr ruhig.

Der Teppich könnte mal eine sanierung vertragen. Und es wäre schön, wenn es zumindest einen Automaten mit Getränken (und Snacks wie Chips oder ggf Tütensuppen) auf dem Gang gäbe, insbesondere da es keine Rezeption gibt um etwas zu bekommen und auch die nächste Tankstelle relativ früh schliesst.

Es war schrecklich

Ich war schon öfters im Business Aparthotel. Bis jetzt aber immer Eingang Franz Mertens Str. Jetzt zum ersten mal Eingang Adolf Butenandt Str. Zimmer 388 leider eine komplette Enttäuschung

Das Zimmer Nr 388 ist extrem klein, dieses anzubieten für 2 Personen (Ehe-Partner). Ist eigentlich eine Frechheit. Es wurden 2 Einzelbetten ins Zimmer gestellt. Nicht nebeneinander. Damit war der Raum aber auch schon voll. Auch fehlte in der Dusche zB flüssig Seife. Es ist auch nicht möglich zu zweit am Tisch zu sitzen um etwas zu essen oder zu Trinken.

Bei Reise Buchung war nicht ersichtlich wieviel der Hund kostet im Nachhinein kam für eine Nacht noch eine Rechnung von 25€ für den Hund dazu. Was meines Erachtens viel zu viel war und vorher ersichtlich sein sollte. Da für den Hund nicht mal eine Wasserschüssel vorhanden war. Ich bin gerne bereit für meinen Hund zu zahlen aber das war zu viel. Und das Geschirr war nicht sauber.

Wenn man einfach nur einen Platz zum Schlafen und Duschen braucht, erste Wahl.

Der Check in war unkompliziert, das Zimmer hat genau das gebracht, was ich für die eine Nacht brauchte: ein Bett, eine Dusche, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Parkplatz und Ruhe.

Alles was man braucht

Ruhig und etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtkern gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle erreicht man in ein paar Gehminuten, sowie eine Bäckerei/Cafe und Supermärkte. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank. Kaffeemaschine und Zutaten vorhanden.

Die Matratze des Bettes war leider sehr hart und unbequem.

Und hat leider der Code für den Raum der Zustellbetten gefehlt. Weswegen die erste Nacht mit 5Personen in einem Doppelbett spektakulär war. Leider kein Backofen vorhanden (zum Brötchen aufbacken)
