Clean. Has laundry facility with soap injection. No need to buy laundry soap.
No air conditioning. Although staff brought me a fan when the temperature was stifling.

The hotel is in a nice area of Paris. A good bakery, a supermarket and some restaurant are close-by. The metro is only a few minutes walk. The parking garage and having a kitchenette in the mini apartment is big plus for a family of four.

Breakfast was quite good with a good choice of bread, fruit. There were eggs, sausages, fried mushrooms.
One can make their own fresh orange juice with a machine. Tea is also very good.
Beds were fine. The bathroom was clean.
Maybe not a fault of the place, but I was there during a heatwave and there is no airco. There is a big ventilator and it blows well, but it's very loud!
