Nightmare in Paris

After the reservation for a very high price, more than 350€ for one night and one person, when I arrived at the hotel, they did not tell me that the heating was not working in the whole building, when the outside temperature was between 3 and 8 degrees Celsius. After I realized heating was not functioning, the staff, with a very annoyed attitude, as if I was disturbing, tried to provide me with a small electric heater. After I come down to the reception and in the room three times, I realized they gave me heaters which did not work. At the fourth time, I finally got a functioning electric heater, but after an hour I realized it was totally ineffective for the wide room. So, at 8pm, my only option was to find another hotel close by, where I spent 550€ for one night, and leave the hotel, where they did not even try to issue a refund or even an excuse, as if it is normal to charge 350€ for a room without heating in Paris at the end of November. Shameful.

Air condition not working. Parking door not working. This hotel is max. 3 stars but I paid like a 5 stars. Never again. The rooms are not maintained.

It’s not exactly in Paris. Too far. Train station is also a 10 min walk which becomes difficult with bags and kids.

I liked the people at the entrance desk. The rooms were very nice. They were well equipped.

Good as usual

I arrive early and they made early check-in. The room was spacious with two balconies. It was hot but rather cool when you open both balcony windows. I often used this apart-hotel before pandemic. They are as good as before.

Some equipments in the kitchen were not set.

The apartment is spacious with a big balcony and home appliances: coffee machine, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The location is very near (7 minutes) to La Défense station where you can take the RER, metro or trains. Also Monoprix and Starbucks are very close.

The appartement doesn’t have an AC, just two big fans which is not acceptable with high temperature days.

Very calm residence in walkable distance to the Grande Arche La Defense and the Metro. The Appartement is spacious and clean. Parking at additional cost in the garage.

Though there is an AC in the room it has not been put in working condition what makes it very hot during summer.

Excellent location

Excellent location for attending an event at the defence arena. However, it was also a great location for travelling into Paris around 10 minutes on the Metro to get to the Arc de Triomphe, with a 10 min walk to the Metro. Fairly residential neighbourhood, so was very quiet, lovely family park outside. Staff were lovely and very helpful. It felt a very safe place to stay.

The apartment was comfortable and has everything we needed for a stay. The interior could do with a little update, some stains on living room carpet and curtains.

Not bad...

Room were big enough, 10 min. walk to metro.

Although i asked for a taxi to be arranged to the airport for my check out at 05.15 in the morning one day ago taxi didnt come and the guy at the reception was very rude and at the end taxi didnt come. If you cant arrange a taxi then you cant be a good hotel that is this easy.
