Casa Senhoras Rainhas - Óbidos - by Unlock Hotels

Excellent location inside Óbidos walls yet close to one of the main entrances. Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast patio was pleaseant. Pet friendly so we could come with our dog. Nice option.

Some confusion in the reservations process meant they were not expecting my dog, so they had to make some last minute arrangements. I was told this was Booking´s fault, but still. The bed was too soft, so we ended up with a bad back, not very confortable. Very small TV and far from the bed so cold not see it propertly.

Beautiful hotel, confortable rooms, staff very friendly and professional.

The entire staff is extremely welcoming and there to assist for anything you may need. Location inside the walls.

The kindness of the staff is what I would say “save” the stay. This hotel unfortunately doesn’t have the details of a 4 stars hotel starting from the polyester mix with some cotton linen and bath towels medium quality. The rooms downstairs have quite a strong smell of mold. Something should be done about this as it is quite unpleasant to sleep with that smell of humidity. Breakfast is served in the restaurant where you could smell the fried food served during the day…quality it’s just ok (but not 4 stars) We were expecting something much better. But again, big thank you to the ladies at reception!!!
