The kindness of the staff is what I would say “save” the stay.
This hotel unfortunately doesn’t have the details of a 4 stars hotel starting from the polyester mix with some cotton linen and bath towels medium quality. The rooms downstairs have quite a strong smell of mold. Something should be done about this as it is quite unpleasant to sleep with that smell of humidity.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant where you could smell the fried food served during the day…quality it’s just ok (but not 4 stars)
We were expecting something much better. But again, big thank you to the ladies at reception!!!
