Beautiful hotel inside the old walled city, fabulous restaurant and bar area
It’s a bit difficult to access with the cobble stoned roads but that is also the appeal

Fantastic room, very nice vibe in terms of Decor and Interiors. Staff were very friendly very helpful. Great location inside the castle walls.
Breakfast could’ve been slightly better with a little bit more options.

The entire staff is extremely welcoming and there to assist for anything you may need.

The kindness of the staff is what I would say “save” the stay.
This hotel unfortunately doesn’t have the details of a 4 stars hotel starting from the polyester mix with some cotton linen and bath towels medium quality. The rooms downstairs have quite a strong smell of mold. Something should be done about this as it is quite unpleasant to sleep with that smell of humidity.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant where you could smell the fried food served during the day…quality it’s just ok (but not 4 stars)
We were expecting something much better. But again, big thank you to the ladies at reception!!!
